I love capturing construction. There is only a relatively short time that an area goes from being nothing to being something. And that time in between is invaluable, because once it becomes something, it will be something for a long time.
A walk through the forest left me with a multitude of green photos. I aimed to capture golden hour on the walking trail behind West Campus... which I sort of succeeded at. There was some overcast so not all of my results were as desired. This happens. I'm fine with it and actually got some photos that I would not have gotten with clear skies. The beginning of my walk gave my photos with a nice golden hair light, but as the sun went below the horizon I was left with a simple soft light to illuminate the Forrest. This is the reasoning behind the title, "green bell", green for obvious reasons, bell because my photos resulted in a bell curve of sorts. I also ended up using two different styles of color correction as you will see in my collection. One being a semi-flat, very green style, and the other being a more vibrant and golden style. These styles flip when the sun changed. Below are some highlights and some pictures that are not in the official collection.
